Projects Summary

Client Needs:

Premier Care Connect sought an online presence that reflected its person‑centred ethos and made it easy for NDIS participants to engage with services. They needed a complete brand identity—from logo to colour palette—and a website that communicated core support services, explained funding options for self‑managed, plan‑managed and NDIA‑managed participants, and delivered an inclusive user experience across Perth.

Our Approche:

We began with deep research into NDIS providers and inclusive design principles, ensuring the site would be usable for people of all abilities. According to accessible design guidance, digital content that is easy to use benefits everyone. We built a flexible site structure, created content that reflected PCC’s values, designed a logo and colour scheme, and implemented features such as adjustable text and clear navigation.

Challenges

Translating PCC’s person‑centred mission into a digital experience required balancing accessibility with a warm, inviting aesthetic. We needed to highlight seven core support services while keeping navigation simple for participants with varied needs. Ensuring the site complied with accessibility best practices while showcasing Perth‑specific expertise demanded careful planning and iterative testing.

Results / Success Metrics

The new platform delivers clear, inclusive information and builds trust with NDIS participants.

  • Increased enquiries and sign‑ups
  • Improved accessibility compliance
  • Strong brand recognition
  • Higher session duration
  • Positive feedback from users

The site truly reflects our values and is easy for participants to use. We’ve seen a noticeable increase in enquiries and feel well supported by Try Digital’s work.
